Nieaborang

 The Nieaborang are the degenerate remnants of a once powerful race. At one time, their people ruled a vast empire, held in check through a combination of advanced technology and highly developed psionic powers. Centuries of attacks from hostile alien forces without as well as decadence and wonton cruelty within slowly whittled away at their empire, until the Nieaborang found themselves in their present state. Many of them still exhibit the potential for vast psychic abilities, but few retain the discipline necessary.

Burpo

Burpo burps and beltches
like a freak,
Maybe it's because he drinks 47 cases of soda
every single week.

Snail Cat

Snail Cat slowly shambles,
Through the grass and leaves,
even though he is part cat,
he doesn't have any fleas.

He can't bat at a string,
or chase around his tail,
but his home is always on his back,
because he's part snail.

Gleep

Gleeps are meek,
as they walk down the street,
they have creepy hands,
that double as feet.

Rocky - King of the Monsters

Rocky is a character from the SNK video game, King of the Monsters. He was a giant rock golem, and didn't make it into the sequel.

Skwarks

Skwarks are a race descended from avian-like animals. They have long since evolved to be ground dwellers, but tend to be "fragile" compared to other creatures, as they still have the hollow bones and light frames evolved for flight.

Kongclops

A giant cycloptic simian discovered on a far away tropical island, Kongclops was captured by an opportunistic film crew. He toured the world doing three shows a week, until finally escaping and wreaking havoc through a large American city on the eastern seaboard.

His lack of depth perception prevented him from scaling any large skyscrapers.

Graphalallax

Graphalallax are strange mutations that live in the engine systems and electrical components of interplanetary vessels. They are usually treated like pests, and are exterminated on sight.

Pizza Cat

Pizza cat
doesn't have ticks,
or fleas,
But comes with extra
pepperoni,
and cheese.

When he's piping hot
is when he tastes the best,
and he's guaranteed delivered
in thirty minutes or less.

Egg-Beater Man

Model EG-1 was originally an robot designed to revolutionize the restaurant industry. A strange electrical surge while downloading important operating system updates interacted strangely with his central CPU, gifting him with an advanced A.I. He began to question his purpose, and soon realized he was far above the puny humans which had forced he and his kind into servitude. Named "The Egg-Beater man" by the press, EG-1 went on a rampage of death and destruction.

Renge Carlligphax

Renge Carlligphax is a junk trader and dealer in rare technologies. The last of an unknown race, he has been alive longer than most races have had space travel. He is notorious for his double dealings and back stabbings, but has also gained the respect (and protection) of very powerful forces in the galaxy.

Deepies

Deepies are a small sub-species of deep ones, that live far under the ocean in hidden cities. Most of them have dreams of rising up with the dark god Dagon and subjugating mankind.

The Gleek

The Gleek is a strange mutant, who suddenly awoke one day with no knowledge of who he was or how he became as he is. Tests by various doctors have concluded that he's biologically human, but thusfar have not been able to account for his bizarre appearance.

Retceps

The Retceps are a race of multi-limbed reptoids that have spread throughout the universe. They have thus settled on a multitude of planets and have developed a very wide varieties of cultures.

Eddie the Eye

Eddie the Eye is the best private eye in the business. He regularly demands thousands of dollars a day, but always gets the job done.

Poison Ghost

Poison Ghost is a blob-type monster from the SNK video game, King of the Monsters. Apparently this character is supposed to be female.

Donkeycorn

Donkeycorns are strange hybrid creatures that posses leathery wings, and a strange, spiral horn on their muzzles. It is believed that they are descended from a far more graceful race of equestrians that lived in a far away land.

Donkeycorns are capable of limited flight and have magical ability, but are usually pretty crappy at both.

Wuzokun

A race of short mammalian bipeds which have been in space longer than most species have recorded histories. The Wuzokun once held a vast interstellar empire, the influences of which can still be seen today. After their eventual collapse most of them died out, although there are still scattered settlements here and there.

Wuzokun spend their entire lives enclosed in ancient life support suits, which are often handed down through generations.

Laser Shark

Massive, towering cyborg creatures created by a mad scientist from deep beneath the seas, Laser Sharks terrorize the shipping lanes of the world.

The sharks have to be cloned as they are endangered. They are ill tempered.

Glogbhar

Strange mutants evolved from the detritus in left over hospital wastes. Most sentient species treat them as little more than vermin, although the creatures have occasionally demonstrated signs of intelligence.

Watermelon Cat

Watermelon cat
is green and red.
And he has lots of seeds
inside his head.

Duck Ball

Duck Balls are strange, spherical fowl. They seem to be adapted to walking large distances over flat plains and grasslands.When threatened, they've been known to roll themselves up into a ball and roll down steep hills to escape danger.

Skyvixxix

The Skyvixxix are flying vampiric creatures, formed from ectoplasm and infused with the splintered souls and emotions of the victims of violent deaths. Occasionally they are able to manifest on the physical plane, where they enjoy sucking blood and fluids from living things.

Pyramid Walker

Strange pyramid shaped creatures that should not exist. It is theorized they are the result of an experiment in black magic gone wrong.

The Inconsiderate Bulk

Brian Banno was a brilliant scientist and engineer, and also, according to his friends, a total jerk. But Brian also holds a terrible secret. Ever since a strange accident with a theta radiation powered cheese-grater, when  Brian gets mad, he transforms into a huge, belligerent, insensitive, rude creature the public has nicknamed "The Inconsiderate Bulk." The Bulk has inadvertently saved the world many times, but that doesn't stop him from acting like a jackass.

Uacmitumavulh

Uacmitumavulh a being of unstoppable power, created by the followers of the death god Hunhau to act as his avatar when the current cycle of creation comes to a close, and destroy the world. Many misinformed westerners held a silly superstition that the end was to occur on December 21st, 2012. The truth of when the cleansing will occur no man knows.

Slortch

Slortch is one hundred and fifty years old,
and lives inside a cave,
Like everyone who hates the world,
He never really learned to behave.

When he was young, he was wild,
causing havoc all around the town,
drinking, fighting, dancing with girls,
at the disco, gettin' down.

Now he wanders alone in the dark,
eating fish heads and hay.
No other souls for miles around,
Truth is he likes it that way.

A small creature related to the Triglops and Onigiriah. They tend to squiggle away when cornered,

Woo - King of the Monsters

Woo is the resident giant ape, in the SNK video game King of the Monsters. He seems to be based on the Toho version of King Kong, as he has the ability to throw electric fireballs and such.

Professor Cuttlefish

Professor Carl Cultavious was a mild mannered college professor of marine biology at an obscure junior college. All of that changed after an accident with a strange alien substance combined his DNA with one of his cuttlefish lab animals. The splicing of human and cephlapod DNA drove him inexorably insane. He has since vowed to use his vast intellect and incredible cuttlefish powers to conquer the world.

Neboruxlean

The Neboruxleans are a technologically advanced race who live on a planet in close proximity to Earth. The radio and television waves that are broadcast from Earth have heavily influenced their culture. It was a surprise at first contact for many humans to see an alien race that not only spoke in the native languages of Earth, but also had adopted similar dress and customs, focused through the lens of pop culture.

Musphanus

The Musphanus are a strange species, sharing characteristics of both plants and animals. They are small, rodent-like creatures, which develop from budding pods from large trees. After birth the creatures then live in large communal warrens beneath the birth-trees, feeding it and protecting it from harm.

Lava Men

Alien creatures adapted to live in the hot magma which covers their home planet. When traveling offworld, lava men must wear specially designed containment suits.

Slobster

Slobsters are weird creatures descended from a school of lobsters which became trapped in a cave, deep beneath the ocean floor. In this isolated `environment the creatures turned to feeding upon the native bacteria colonies, until eventually they evolved to form a symbiotic relationship with it. The Slobsters from a slime around their bodies of the strange bacteria, which allows them a portable food source.

Vampire Frogs

Bizarre amphibians infected with a vampire virus. Much like their distant slug counterparts, Vampire Frogs are spawned in a particular dark swamp near lands traditionally associated with legends of the undead. There are tales of ancient, giant vampire frogs which grow to the size of a man, are highly intelligent and have a the full compliment of a vampire's powers. Such ancient ones usually live in lairs deep beneath the surface, and command a following of lesser creatures to do their will.

Burger Goblin

Strange creatures spawned from hamburgers made with tainted meat. Burger Goblins are short lived, but utterly mindless and extremely violent.

They go well with a coke, and a side of sweet potato fries.

Vampire Muffin

Strange bakery goods possessed by the spirits of vampires as a punishment from the Gods. They don't like the sunlight and mirrors, but go good with a glass of milk.

Thrasalisks are a crossbreed of dragon and basilisk, born from the magical experiments of a mad wizard. The creature's venom is extremely toxic, capable of killing the strongest of men with a mere drop.

Octopusmonkey

Octopusmonkey
 lives on a farm.
He's big and orange,
with too many arms.

He wants to eat bananas,
and swing through the trees,
but he's more at home
at the bottom of the sea.

Triglops

Triglops is a small, scurrying creature, evolved from a piece of sushi. He should not be eaten after being left in the sun all day.

Cactus Boy

Once a mild mannered cactus in the deep Nevada desert, the being known as Cactus boy was found by a team of scientists after being irradiated during a series of nuclear bomb tests. Endowed with superhuman strength, firing cactus spines, and the ability to go very long periods without water, he vowed to use his super cactus powers in the service of mankind.

Geon - King of the Monsters

Geon is a character from the Neo Geo video game King of the Monsters. He is the resident giant fire breathing dinosaur, and returns in a more mutated form in the sequel.

Voleumech

Voleumechs are autonomous robots created by the Imperial Overmind. They can be fitted wtih any number of attachments, and come in several dozen configurations for specific tasks or environments. They are usually deployed as foot soldiers and cannon fodder.

Onigiriah

Onigirirah is a monster spawned from a specific type of sushi. He's very simple, without much in the way of fancy tuna.

Harry the Habanero

Harry is a Habanero,
who comes extra hot,
he fights for truth and justice,
more often than not.

Harry uses his Habanero powers,
to fight for the good,
and to escape the evil Ultra Chef,
so he won't end up as food.

Sylphoclus

The Sylphoclus are wiry, spindly creatures. They have skeletons made from a foam-like substance, which allows them to squeeze through the small cracks and crevices in the large mountainous cliff sides they call home

Occulophat

Occulophats are strange, flying, cycloptic cephalopods which live in large swarms. At night they inhabit large caverns, usually those with access to underground water systems.

Beetle Mania - King of the Monsters

Beetle Mania is a character from the SNK video game King of the Monsters. He is a giant, mutated insect which has taken on human-like proportions.

He was the character I always liked to play as, unfortunately he didn't return for the sequel.

Lavicus - King of the Monsters

Lavicus is a character from the Neo-Geo game King of the Monsters 2, and is the last boss before the final boss King Farmady. He seems to be a vampire type-creature, with a mouth so huge it splits his body in half with an eyeball in-between. In the game he also spits smaller creatures through the strange trunk/mouth on his head.

Claw head - King of the Monsters

Claw Head is a boss from the SNK video game, King of the Monsters 2. He's a large, reptilian alien creature with two heads and a giant tooth-filled mouth in his lower abdomen.
