Prosphirrhini
Prosphirrhini are strange, one-eyed, multi-limbed, primate-like creatures which inhabit the jungle canopies of their native planet. The creatures are omnivorous, and use their highly sophisticated senses and extreme agility to capture small prey. The Prosphirrhini live in elaborate treetop warrens made from masticated leaves, branches, and other natural materials. The tunnels in these networks may extend for miles. They show signs of an emerging intelligence, as complex social behaviors have been observed, including marriage, religious, and death rituals.

The Green men of Barsoom

The green men of Barsoom are a race of large humanoids which inhabit Barsoom (Mars) in the a series of novels written by Edgar Rice Burroughs. They are described as between ten to twelve feet tall (in some instances as much as fifteen feet,) have four arms, and a deep green skin. Their eyes are large and red, and protrude from the side of the head. The males have large curving tusks. They are savage and primitive, have no sense of family, and share everything in a communal society. They are named after the abandoned cities which they inhabit, and are constantly at war with one another and the other races on Mars. The "hordes" of green men are typically named after the abandoned cities which they inhabit, Tharks, Warhoons, etc.

Logomachcite

Logomachcite are strange mutations which suddenly appeared in the Amazon river delta. The creature seems to have characteristics of fish, mammals, and mollusks. They are omnivores, but only seem to be opportunistic hunters, preferring to graze upon fungus and lichens. Thus far the creature has not yet been scientifically classified.

Pumpkin Wraith

An animated corpse with a carved pumpkin in place of it's head. These creatures are usually created with a specific task in mind. The Pumpkin Wraith will single mindedly go about the duty it is charged with, will ignore all dangers or obstacles, and will attack anyone who tries to impede them. After the task is fulfilled the Pumpkin Wraith dissolves on the spot. They are often created for revenge plots or assassinations.

Zathoid

Zathoids are large predatory arachnids. They were originally a small, harmless species on a small away planet. Centuries of genetic manipulation have turned them into towering beasts, able to tear apart prey limb from limb. When raised with the proper controls Zathoids can show an abnormal amount of loyalty, having been known to actively place themselves in dangerous situations to protect their masters. They are usually employed as pets and guard dogs.

Ratclopes

Ratclopes are strange, one-eyed rodent mutations that suddenly appeared in central Asia but have quickly spread outward, and have now been spotted on five continents. They are capable of growing up to 3 feet long (including tail) and eat twice their body weight a day. Given proper weather conditions, Ratclopes will spawn by the millions and devastate crops and farmlands. Unlike other rodent species they are highly aggressive, and when food is scarce have been known to attack dogs, cattle, or even people.
