Ghorapines
Ghorapines are large predatory mammals which hunt in forests and grasslands. They are the result of a mad wizard's experiments, the combination of a rabbit, wolf, rat, and demon. The resulting creatures hunt in packs, live underground in warrens, breed excessively, and are highly dangerous. Several organized campaigns to eradicate the creatures once and for all have all thus failed.

Xaxxaxcaxa
The Xaxxaxcaxa are otherwise known as "Howlers" by those unfortunate enough to deal with them. Xaxxaxcaxa do not believe in any form of subtlety or tact, and instead tend to shout all verbal communications at the top of one's lungs. Many businesses such as restaurants will isolate Howlwers into their own sections, if they choose to serve them at all.

Rat Chomper
Large mutated rodent which sprang up around a top secret government facility. They are result of local sewer rats consuming all types of toxic detritus and waste. They have grown into bizarre out of control eating machines. Local municipalities have attempted to wipe them out before they spread, although there have already been reports of the creatures on three continents.

DippleNook
DippleNooks are a strange race which were descended from bottom dwelling fish. They tend to roam the bottoms of their ancestral seas in loose knit "schools." Certain members of the species have voluntarily undergone advanced gene manipulation in order to allow themselves to breathe on land. Many of the remaining ocean dwellers consider the land dwellers as "outcasts" or "outsiders."

Winged Lion
The Winged lion is a symbol of justice in and righteousness in several ancient middle eastern mythologies. The Shedu and Lamassu of ancient Akkadian myth were seen as protective deities, and were often placed at the gates of cities or the entrances to temples. The winged lion is also used as a symbol for Saint Mark, according to Rev. 4:5-7.

Malofeteites
The Malofeteites are an order of demons minor with grossly over wrought bodies. Although they possess great physical strength they are unable to move about properly without assistance. They are usually employed as clerks, overseers, pit bosses of work crews, or other such positions which benefit their overbearing, bullying nature.

Cleaner Cubes
Cleaner cubes are artificial beings, created by mad wizards from arcane sciences out of the flesh of the dead and the bile from beasts. They are living vacuum cleaners, set loose to crawl along the corridors and consume any and all detritus left by (or of) intruders. Cleaner cubes do not have digestive systems, instead anything consumed is mystically transported to another dimension.

Musciplaides
Musciplaides are creatures descended from predatory plants. Although they have a knowledge of advanced technology and science, most of them prefer an agrarian lifestyle in large community forests. The Musciplaides often decorate their thorns with bright colors, ritualistic carvings or piercings. Older Musciplaides will even attach artificial thorns after their own naturally fall off.

Blood Louse
The Blood Louse is an overlarge parasitic insect, specimens of which over 5 feet long have been observed. On it's native planet the creatures are comparatively small to their chosen host creatures, and feed much like ordinary lice do. The small populations which have been taken off planet have adapted to a more predatory lifestyle.

Lava Tuber
Although they resemble plants, Lava Tubers are actually animals, similar to the worms that live near deep sea vents. They have developed a thick chitinous outer shell which allows them to exist immersed in liquid magma for short periods of time. The creatures feed by absorbing bacteria with their fleshy "leaves." Colonies of Lava Tubers usually attach themselves to the walls of volcanoes and only swim in the magma when they reach the adult stage.

Soulmonger
Soulmongers are made from the eternally dammed souls of soldiers and generals, reshaped by demonic evil and pressed into service in Hell's never ending wars. The soulmonger is essentially a ball of levitating flesh which can manifest any number or type of different weaponry. They are small and difficult to kill, and while soulmongers have turned many battles they are still generally treated as cannon fodder by the higher demon lords.

Larry the comic book monster
Larry is a monster, and like all good monsters he spent his time creeping up on children and scaring them from their closets or under their beds, and occasionally eating people or terrorizing teenage campers at abandoned summer camps. Being a terrible engine of destruction is hard work, and in his heart Larry always knew he wasn't cut out for it. Larry however always had a dream, to one day abandon the whole "hideous monster" gig and become a comic book artist.
Larry's monster friends laughed at his wild ambition. "You are a monster, Larry. Monsters are SUPPOSED to scare children, eat teenagers, bite the heads off of chickens, rampage through orphanages, and other assorted nasty things." Larry however was undaunted. He began to post his work online, and after a few years gained some recognition through sites like Deviantart. Eventually Larry began to self-publish and sell his work online and through 'cons. To Larry's great surprise his comics only sold more when people found out he really was a towering hideous creature Hell bent on destruction - at least that's the image his agent told him to cultivate. In real life Larry likes kittens.

Foot Monkey
Freakish mutations seen around an isolated field laboratory in Ghana. It is believed the creatures are the result of a bizarre accident. The foot monkeys however have survived and have established a stable population, although it is not apparent what biological adaptation the large "foot" serves, if any.

Terrschnecke
Terrschneckes are a bred of large, land dwelling mollusks. Like other land mollusks (such as snails or slugs,) Terrschneckes have only one "foot," however they have evolved a number of stump-like protrusions which act as "legs," which allows the creature to obtain considerable speeds when chasing prey. Terrschneckes have no eyes, it is believed they navigate though smell and a form of echo location.

Dragon Men
Dragon men are a race of ancient human-dragon hybrids, created by the ancient Dragon lords to be used as higher minions. In times past the Dragon men acted as generals and lieutenants overseeing the battles between vast armies as the Dragon lords warred among themselves. In the cataclysm brought about by the constant battle this race of hybrids nearly perished. They have survived by isolating themselves in various hidden places of the world, waiting for the time when their slumbering lords may yet rise again and renew the conflict.

Andromniote
The Andromniote are a species of lizard-like creatures which inhabit a small, isolated island in the south Pacific. They grow to be 4-6 feet long, and have extremely high intelligence for reptiles. A highly advanced system of caves and catacombs have been discovered, in which it's believed the Andromniotes live in a hierarchical society. Further study is lacking however due to the fact that the creatures do not take kindly to trespassers, and will harass and or otherwise attempt to drive them from the island.

Catterwurm
Catterwurms are overlarge (3-5 feet long) insects which have evolved to never progress past the larval stage. Catterwurms begin as small, tree-dwelling creatures, but adapt to ground dwelling herds as they grow larger. As adults they organize themselves into hierarchical herds, with alpha males and a strict pecking order.

Slig
In Frank Herbert's Dune novels, a Slig is a slug/pig hybrid created by the Bene Tleilaxu. They are bred for their meat (described as "The sweetest meat this side of heaven,") and for their ability to feed on and control garbage. The Tleilaxu themselves do not eat Slig meat, which they regard according to their strict religious practices as "unclean."
