Strophalig

Strophaligs are stout, waddling, pig-like monstrosities. They were spawned in a primordial radioactive soup surrounding the Fukishimia nuclear disaster. The creatures are large, viscous, and have been known to attack children. They have been seen nesting in waste dumps and trash heaps.

Grubalach

The Grubalach are a race of very hardy creatures, with multiple eyes that allow them to see in many different directions at once. Despite their rather strange appearance, the Grubalach are known for having the uncanny ability too see another's point of view, and thus often find employment as councilors, psychiatrists, and professional negotiators.

Slobbulous

Slobbulous is covered
in saliva and spittle
thus the people around him
respect him but little.

His whole body is sheathed
in bile and drool
so he is often mistaken
for a gibbering fool.

Squonk

A Squonk is one of the "Fearsome Critters," those strange creatures in American lumberjack-cowboy folklore. The Squonk is a pig-like creature with a lot of warts and too much skin, that which bunches up and wrinkles. It is so ugly that if it happens to gaze upon it's own reflection in a pond or mirror, it cries so much that it's whole body liquefies into tears.

Ogress

The female equivalent to the Ogre is just as large, strong, and ugly, but is usually depicted as more intelligent than her male counterpart. The Ogress is well versed in curses and magic and is not as easily fooled as her male companions are. While the males enjoy using fear and brute strength to achieve their goals, the females prefer to use trickery. One famous example is the fabulous candy house of Hansel and Gretel, used to lure innocent victims to her instead of kidnapping them while they sleep.

Calavulist

Oversized animated disembodied heads with multiple pairs of spiny, crab-like legs. The Calavulist is a being created via alchemy (similar to a homonoculus,) and thus does not posses a true soul, but is instead animated with a portion of it's creator's life force.

And it is ugly. Look how ugly it is.
