Scorned and humiliated as a child for his extreme birth deformity, the young Charlie Cronch developed a psychopathic disdain for the wellbeing of other people. He eventually found his place in the criminal underworld, as a highly paid strong arm henchman. He comes well prepared.

Abbmoog

The Abbmoog are strange, two limbed creatures discovered on a far away planet with abnormally high gravity. They are have an intelligence level akin to dogs and cats, and are kept as pets by several different spacefaring species. Researchers were surprised to find the squat creatures share 99% of their DNA with modern human beings, leading to theories they are a distant evolutionary offshoot. How a population of humans could have been transplanted many light years away remains a mystery.

Penanggalan

The Penanggalan is a variation of the Vampire from Malay. During the day they appear as normal people, but at night the head will detach (with trailing entrails) and fly about seeking victims. The Penanggalan usually chooses newborn mothers and small children to prey upon - when a child is born the creature uses an abnormally long tongue to lap up blood from the mother. The victims of the Penanggalan usually die of strange diseases, and become Penanggalan themselves.

This creature is called by many different names in surrounding countries:

Indonesia: Leak
Thailand: Krasue
Cambodia: Arb

Unlike these similar creatures, the Penanggalan is always female.

Claw Head

Bizarre, degenerate mutants formed in the primordial radioactive soup of the Three Mile Island nuclear meltdown. Claw Heads roam the shallows and sewers, looking for shellfish or the unwary surfer.

Calavulist

Oversized animated disembodied heads with multiple pairs of spiny, crab-like legs. The Calavulist is a being created via alchemy (similar to a homonoculus,) and thus does not posses a true soul, but is instead animated with a portion of it's creator's life force.

And it is ugly. Look how ugly it is.
