Overlord Demons
A race of demons specifically bred by the higher Demon lords to act as lower level captains, slave masters, or work bosses. They are sufficiently intelligent enough to boss around those lower than themselves, but lack the will to make important decisions. They are bred for their size and strength, and tend to rely on brute force in any situation.

Malproditix, the Betrayers
The Malproditix are a type of demons who were originally the darkest of souls. Only the most willingly vile and destitute during life have the chance to join their ranks. They are called "The Betrayers" as they have turned their backs utterly against mankind and all that is good and pure for a pittance in Hell. Their bodies are permanently twisted and pierced. As each of their movements sends them into unknowable agony, and their only release comes from inflicting the same on others. Although they have earned somewhat of a position of respect in the lower demon hierarchies, most Demon Majors treat them little better than cannon fodder. During the many wars in Hell they are often sacrificed first.

Devil Heart

When a particularly powerful Demon major is slain, it's vile heart may be so full of hatred and evil that on rare occasions it has been known to survive onwards. This can occur if the demon major in question had collected a large amount of souls. The chaotic energy will reanimate the heart, which through the years can mutate and begin to collect souls of it's own. Although an acorn of the Demon's personality and memories are preserved, the heart will generally think of itself as a separate entity.

Yblicharix
Yblicharix are a race of demonic worms, which burrow through the fleshy ground in Hell's lower levels. HellRats
Infernal rodents, twisted and mutated through millions of years of exposure to dark magics and evil energy. HellRats swarm by the millions through the infernal cities, dungeons, and palaces in all levels of Hell, living off the detritus, waste, and carnage. They have been known to swarm and devour any stray demon or soul who ventures too far into the myrid tunnels or catacombs without adequate protection. They are a primary food source for most demons and souls, although most just exterminate them as vermin.

Carrion Slug
Carrion Slug are among the small group of rare mollusks to inhabit Hell. As the infernal planes are nearly devoid of water, the slugs have taken to using other liquids to obtain moisture. The creatures will slowly swarm on a sleeping demon or soul and rapidly drain it of all blood, leaving a withered husk in the morning. They are generally regarded as pests and are exterminated on sight, although several demon species enjoy feasting upon them, usually raw.

Moloch, the King of Shame
Moloch was a competing god who was worshiped by the ancient Israelites. Moloch's chief ritual seemed to be the sacrifice of children. Rabbinic commentary states that this was done by inserting the child into a the hands of a large brass statue, under which a brazier heated the statue until the victim was burned to death. Greek and Roman accounts from the same era describe similar rituals all over the ancient world. In the Christian era Moloch became a demon, as a prince of Hell. He delights in stealing children and making mothers weep. The name "Moloch" has become symbolic of anything which demands unusually high sacrifice.

Ichixidea
Ichixideas (otherwise known as "Blood ticks") are common parasites which infest all levels of Hell. Blood ticks range in size from a few millimeters to the size of a grapefruit after feeding. Ichixideas use their powerful back legs to latch onto prey in a grip which makes them virtually unremoveable. Like all of Hells' "wildlife," Ichixideas are often distorted and mutated due to the conflux of dark magics and demonic energies.
